My name is Shane Runyon and I am very excited to be working with Equitable Advisors. I chose this career because I enjoy meeting people and helping them financially. I have spent the last 22 years in public education as an educator, principal and director of various instructional and leadership departments. In 2018, my family and I moved from West Virginia to Polk County, Florida where I took a position as Director Of Leadership Development. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Leadership Studies focused in Public Administration, both from Marshall University. I am inspired by others who succeed-those that are relentless in striving to be better and have the mindset for continuous learning. I enjoy fishing, golfing and being outdoors. However, I enjoy the time I have with my family the most.
